It is currently 8:30am here and its is 65 degrees. Sea of Cortez is virtually flat. Wind is pretty steady, if you can call it wind, at about 10mph. I expect the temp to reach 75 to 80 degrees today and the breeze will make it perfect. Need to go to the airport to pick up someone whose coming to see about buying a place down here.
